Robin Ferracone and Dayna Harris of Farient Advisors Named to 2016 NACD Directorship 100 List

Robin Ferracone and Dayna Harris – chief executive officer and vice president, respectively, of Farient Advisors, a leading independent executive compensation and performance consulting firm – have been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Directorship 100.

The Directorship 100 identifies the most influential people in the boardroom community and honors those who play a significant role shaping agendas in boardrooms to promote continued economic growth. Ferracone and Harris have been named to this prestigious list for their contributions to the fields of executive compensation, business and talent strategies, value management and performance measurement.

Harris has been a frequent speaker on pay and performance, disclosure and regulatory topics for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), the Council of Institutional Investors (CII), the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and WorldatWork. She is a member of NASPP, the Council of Institutional Investors and WorldatWork.
