The music began in 2007 when Farient Advisors was founded. As a leading independent executive remuneration, performance, and corporate governance consultancy, we are recognized for going beyond the data to provide real insights into the design of executive compensation plans. In March 2024, we expanded our geographical footprint and deepened our leadership by acquiring Remuneration Partners (Rem.n) in London.Our team, which includes Stephen Cahill and Simon Patterson, helps clients design and deliver executive pay solutions that support business strategy, talent development, and value creation. We respect standards of good governance and focus both on what’s happening in business today, and what’s coming up tomorrow. We use data as an input to ensure reliable outcomes.
