Tracking Say on Pay votes just got easier. No need to download 8Ks or proxy statements. Farient Advisor’s redesigned Say on Pay Tracker™ and our first UK Remuneration Voting Tracker are now live at Farient.com.

The Trackers put visitors to Farient’s website one click away from data that can be effortlessly sorted by index, sector, size, or voting result. Quickly see how peers and competitors in the US and UK are faring in the current 2025 proxy season or how their votes trended in recent years.

The UK Tracker provides access to voting results for the annual directors’ remuneration reports (DRR) for companies in the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE 350, and FTSE AIM All-Share indices. The DRR must include the board’s remuneration policy, which is subject to a binding vote at least every three years; an annual report on remuneration in the financial year being reported on; and details on how the current policy will be implemented in the next financial year subject to an annual advisory vote.

The US SOP Tracker can be sorted by index ranging from the S&P 100, 500, MidCap 400, and SmallCap 600 to the Russell 3000.

Both Trackers feature voting results that can be sorted by entering an individual company name in the search bar. Summary results are presented in clear, easy-to-read infographics that refresh automatically according to search parameters.

Vote tallies from the most recent annual shareholder meetings will be updated weekly through the end of proxy season and archived for year-round access.
