LifeLock’s stock price dropped 50% over one day in 2015. This precipitous decline in stock price happened in the midst of hiring key executives and contributors to the organization and after LifeLock’s annual grant. Farient worked closely with the Lifelock board and management to design targeted retention actions and safety nets, and to rationalize a new, accelerated grant, in order to ensure that the company was in a position to recruit and retain talent during this challenging period.
