Compensation Expert Jarret Sues Joins Farient Advisors as Partner

New York, June 30, 2023—Farient Advisors, a leading independent executive compensation, performance, and corporate governance consultancy, today announced the appointment of Jarret Sues as partner.

Sues brings nearly two decades of compensation consulting experience to Farient’s growing team of high-caliber professionals. In his new role, Sues will provide clients with advisory services on the design, execution, and communication of pay plans for corporate executives and directors.

Sues’ experience in compensation and governance spans multiple industries, including finance, real estate, healthcare, media, and technology for private and public companies. He has worked with clients on the full spectrum of compensation and governance issues, including incentive plan design, shareholder communication and disclosures, hiring and severance negotiations, and M&A and spinoffs among others.

Prior to joining Farient, Sues was a managing director at a consulting firm where he led compensation plan design for executives, crucial employees, and boards of directors.

Sues has participated in several compensation and corporate governance-related conferences and has been featured or quoted in media as a leading authority. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Ohio’s Xavier University.
