Randi is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. She is a member of our senior leadership team and works closely with partners to build visibility through high-touch integrated marketing programs. Randi also identifies and furthers growth opportunities for the firm with private equity and Fortune 500 companies as well as institutional investors. She focuses on positioning our executive pay, performance alignment, and global governance services and providing boards of directors with effective ways to communicate with shareholders.
With more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing and business development, Randi is known for extensive lead generation and global research programs. Her innovative research initiatives have involved CFO Research, Corporate Board Member, and CIO Enterprises. She has also designed, developed and launched comprehensive lead generation programs with Oracle and IBM.
Prior to Farient Advisors, Randi held roles of increasing responsibility with EY Consulting and Cap Gemini, and, most recently, was the Technology Marketing Leader for Deloitte Consulting.
Randi studied hotel restaurant management and marketing at the University of Denver and holds a BA in English literature from California State University Northridge.
Randi is known for her creativity and ability to take programs from concept and design to implementation. In addition to her Farient role, She works closely with our CEO on numerous programs and is the CMO of the Global Governance and Executive Compensation Group (GECN) where she works with global teams to develop visibility and country appropriate sales and marketing programs.
