She was a significant contributor to writing Value Based Management—Developing a Systematic Approach to Creating Shareholder Value by James A. Knight (McGraw-Hill, 1998). Miller holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance.
