About Devon Furlong
Manager, Farient Advisors
Devon Furlong is a Manager with Farient Advisors. In this role, Devon manages projects for clients, ensuring that executive incentive programs connect to organizations’ strategic objectives and align with long-term shareholder value. Devon combines her background in strategic analyses with her understanding of compensation and financial data to develop tailored recommendations for clients. She focuses on linking reward programs with corporate strategy to align performance with realizable pay. Devon works with a range of clients, from entrepreneurial organizations to S&P 500 companies, in a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, industrials, and financial services.
Devon has experience across multiple functions in the retail industry, including product development, merchandising, inventory management, e-commerce, analytics, human resources, finance, and strategy. Prior to joining Farient, Devon was the Customer Insights and Analytics Lead for H&M North America where she managed multi-disciplinary projects to support key initiatives to drive short- and long-term growth for the company. She has also worked with H&M’s e-commerce teams, and managed key products for Gap and Old Navy, contributing significantly to top-line results.
Devon holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations with a Concentration in International and Comparative Labor and a Masters in Business Administration at Columbia University.
