Weighted stakeholder incentive measures were moved from the short-term to the long-term incentive plan in 2023 by Allstate, according to Farient’s ESG Tracker^TM. Allstate added ESG factors to its STI plan in 2021 with a focus on key strategic and DEI priorities. Its objective was to further align its compensation program with the company’s overall strategy. Last year, in recognition of the importance ESG measures have to its long-term strategic priorities, Allstate moved the measures to its LTI plan.
