Robin Ferracone and Dayna Harris of Farient Advisors Named to 2017 NACD Directorship 100 List

Robin Ferracone and Dayna Harris – chief executive officer and partner, respectively, at Farient Advisors, an independent performance management, corporate governance and executive compensation consultancy – have been selected for inclusion in the 2017 National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100.

The Directorship 100 identifies and recognizes the most influential leaders in corporate governance and the boardroom community. Ferracone, a prominent thought leader and author on governance issues, has been named to the prestigious list for seven consecutive years for her ongoing contributions to the practice of aligning the interests of shareholders and executives across executive compensation strategy. Harris has been named to the list for three consecutive years.

With more than twenty years of experience providing advice on executive and board compensation, Harris specializes in designing incentive programs that align compensation with business strategy and value creation for shareholders.
